The Red Cross Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR program provides an overview of First Aid & CPR techniques for individuals who care for infants or children in the workplace or at home. It covers skills needed to recognize, prevent and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for adults, children, and babies, CPR Level B, AED, and other topics including choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission.

Designed for childcare workers, parents, grandparents and babysitters,  this course is recognized by The Child Care Licensing Board.

We run classes at our Coquitlam venue conveniently located near the Coquitlam Centre Mall and also at Capilano Mall in North Vancouver through North Shore Community Resources (NSCR). 

Register for a public Emergency Child Care course or host one in your own venue. We serve the Metro Vancouver area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and Langley and Abbotsford.
