Would you know what to do if your child was choking? In this kind of serious emergency situation, you need to act very quickly in order to save your child's life. If a person has a fully obstructed airway, their heart will stop in 4-6 minutes. In most cases, the ambulance will take longer than this to arrive, so you need to take immediate action. First aid skills are easy to learn and taking a Red Cross course will give you confidence when dealing with unexpected emergencies.  If you're not sure which course to take, just give us a call and we'll be happy to help you.

Due to high demand for the Child Care First Aid and CPR course we have added an extra date to our schedule. This additional Child Care course  will take place on Saturday Sept 17 in Coquitlam. Register here or by calling 604-945-7277.
