AED Return Policy
Any order errors or issues must be reported within 30 days.
Special order items and AED / AED packages cannot be returned.
Each new AED unit comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of 5 to 8 years. Contact our office or the manufacturer directly for support with malfunctioning units within the warranty.
You may receive a refund or credit on items within 30 days of delivery.
Our supplier is unable to accept returned items without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Agreement). Contact our office to receive one, if applicable. Items returned to us without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. All returned items must be in new condition. Returned electrode pads must be returned in the original sealed packaging. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer*. We recommend using a reputable carrier and ensuring you will be able to track the package for your protection.
We are unable to accept returned products from distributors other than Safe + Sound First Aid Training Ltd.
