Standard First Aid & CPR C - Blended

A comprehensive course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

This course includes 16 hours of training. 8 hours online followed by 8 hours in-person classroom skills training. 

Standard First Aid Blended Course Schedule and Registration

Fee: $157.00+GST per person.

Duration: 16 hours total including 8 hours of online learning and 8 hours in-person classroom-based learning.

Online learning: the online self-paced study portion of the class must be completed before attending the in-person classroom-based skills and practical session.

CPR Level: Includes CPR/AED Level C (adult, child and infant skills )

WorkSafe BC Level 1 Equivalency: The Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid Blended certification is accepted by WorkSafe BC as equivalent to Occupational First Aid Level 1  WorkSafe BC - Certificates Accepted in BC

Participants must complete the online course before attending the in-person classroom session they've registered for. Participants who have not completed the online class before their scheduled classroom session will not be admitted to the class and will be considered a 'no show'. 'No-shows' are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
